Tasks & Responsibilities
Recording and documenting customer needs in projects and/or product development
You are responsible for ensuring that all requirements deemed relevant by the customer are documented and prioritized, thus acting as the interface between the customer's subject matter experts and the atpoint development team
You contribute to ensuring the software quality of our product from specification to acceptance
Collaboration in product documentation
Qualification
You have at least 5 years of experience in the field of business analysis
Your analytical nature helps you quickly grasp, articulate, and document issues for transfer to development teams
Experience in the banking sector, specifically in the area of credit and mortgage loans, is a must
You are interested, motivated, and a communicative person who can quickly integrate into the existing team and also enjoys communicating with customers
You can keep a cool head in hectic project environments and focus on your tasks
You speak fluent German and have solid English skills that you will use in everyday life
