Tasks
Analyzing customer requirements in the context of our solutions CAM (Customer Acquisition Management) and TVE (Appointment Scheduling)
Creating internal user stories in close coordination with the UX designer for newly deliverable functionalities and change requests
Creating acceptance criteria for the user stories
Close collaboration with developers in creating developer tickets
Supporting developers with questions regarding the functionality to be delivered
Assisting in the creation of test cases
Assisting in the execution of manual tests of the customer solutions to be delivered
Supporting the roll-out of the customer-specific solution (e.g., through close collaboration with the customer's business stakeholders)
Contributing to the documentation of customer solutions and products
Participating in industry events to increase the visibility of at-point and its solutions
Qualification
You have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis
Your analytical nature helps you quickly grasp, articulate, and document problems for communication with developer teams
Experience in the banking environment is a must; optional knowledge in the field of "Customer onboarding" is desired
You are interested, motivated, and a communicative personality who can quickly integrate into the existing team and enjoys communicating with clients
You can keep a cool head in hectic project environments and focus on your tasks
You are fluent in German and have good English language skills that you will use in your daily life
Language skills in French would be a plus, as we also cover clients in the Western Switzerland
