Tasks & Responsibilities
Project management in the field of digitization and business applications
Planning and controlling projects with regard to deliverables, deadlines, costs, quality, and risks. Professional support of the implementation until acceptance
Preparation of the project status report and information on progress monitoring
Ensuring product quality through suitable methods and tools
Project risk management and definition of mitigating measures
Personnel management / coordination with development team
Budgeting and post-calculation
Successfully pursue and implement corporate goals
Definition and adherence to project and sub-goals
Contribute to the harmonious functioning of the team as a collective
Qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager; IT projects
Experience in project management in the banking environment
Knowledge in the field of finance
Successful completion of several implementation projects
Solution-oriented, independent, networked thinking and flexible
Confident communication at all levels with clients
Fluent communication in German and English
Able to collaborate with developers on an equal footing
Brings a good understanding of IT security requirements
Teamwork and collegiality even in challenging project situations
